General Morrenis Talvar has the longest recorded military career in the history of Siodeen. He is the Premier's most trusted general and has led his troops to victory after victory, against their small in frequent skirmishes against the Acolytes and the more frequent insurrections on his home continent of Baen.

Talvar thinks that this negotiation is pointless and believes that force is the only way to protect the Federations interests. Despite this attitude, Talvar is not rash to action. This rare trait amongst the Baens has earned him the respect of the Acolytes and the Peacekeepers.

Talvar has grey hair and a thick mustache and beard on his face.
